Many billion dollar companies promote supplements that make you look younger, focus more, and help with immunity.
For many, supplements represent support for youth and the effectiveness of staying healthy. We’re in an era where most sicknesses aren’t treated naturally, they are treated with drugs or other medically diagnosed medicine. People take supplements to assert a “healthy agenda” and “staying natural”.
While supplements can help with healing and other beneficial problems, people create a “the more is better” mindset which causes an ongoing risk of health problems.
The FDA regulates supplements as food but doesn’t clear them to be healthy or safe for regular human consumption. People internationally make different supplements that people blind buy.
“ I like to research about the supplements I take or have somebody else try them before I do,” Slader Tamangi said. “While a lot of other major supplements are good for you, blind buying can be a big risk for your body”.
Slader goes to the gym and works out regularly so finding supplements that are healthy and that will benefit him are important as it should for everyone else. Buying foreign supplements can affect your hormones or the way your body grows as foreign companies make supplements that have modified oils and certain ingredients that are not familiar with the human body.
People take supplements for different reasons though. Some people buy supplements because they have certain diets such as being vegan or on a keto diet. These diets don’t give the human body certain proteins and vitamins which leads to body deficiencies.
Women who are pregnant may take certain supplements to help with their folic acid levels. Old people may take vitamin D or calcium to help with bone density.
There’s differences in the type of supplements you take. There’s natural, synthetic, and the risk of high metal contaminated supplements. Many products do not contain what they claim. People may buy certain supplements to follow along with a modern agenda of looking better.
They take supplements like peptides or modern probiotics because they are trendy without actually looking into them.
“I think it’s a pretty dumb and lazy way of bettering yourself,” Braxton Riemche said. “It’s very lazy because some spend hours and days trying to better themselves and then there’s people who cheat and take supplements to cheat the grind”.
You should change the way you look naturally and not buy enhancing supplements. Your body will be a lot healthier if you take natural vitamins and just put in the work.
