Logan Miller is a sophomore at Lakeland High School. You can find his name on the back of the paper the teacher uses to show the class what to do to get that A+ that all teens wish for. He manages to keep up with the work while others fall behind; he does his best to stay ahead, keeping his good grades.
Miller, a lot of the time, can be found drawing; he got into drawing when he was 12 trying to find a way to express himself. He found drawing to be a great way to express his young creativity.
Miller typically uses color pencil or just a regular pencil to do his art. He perfects human portraits and what he prefers to do. He finds himself drawn to the ethereal fantasy, being inspired by Melanie Martinez, twisting it to make it his own with a dash of realism. His art keeps a cinematic outlook, trying to keep to one specific theme or color throughout the drawing, making sure it all blends nicely together. Wondering how good his art actually is?
As mentioned before, whenever art is mentioned for schoolwork, he is getting that extra credit for the extra time he puts into his work. Many teachers use his work for next class or next year’s examples. With his couple years of experience, he did something that not many people with double the years are able to do. He sold one of his art pieces for $300 at 15, being able to have that talent takes a lot of time and effort, especially for it to be sold. His drawings typically range from two to six months of work. Looking at the work he does, every mark, little detail, and dimension makes it look like he took the time to make it.
Other than Miller’s incredible art, he enjoys watching horror movies and enjoys fiction. One of many of his favorite movies is It
“I love the movie, I would absolutely recommend it, especially to small children,” Miller said.
Besides watching movies on weekends, he’s usually with friends walking around either to parks or stores just to walk around.
