From rodeoing, raising animals to moving around the country and being a 4-H member from a young age, Taylor Howe has had an exciting life.
Her mom is a nurse, and her dad is a middle school teacher. She has high standards to live up to, but she is exceeding them every day.
By having a high GPA and being a part of agricultural leadership, she is doing great things within the community. She is an energetic and fun-loving person.
“I love her energy, and is always a fun person to be around,” Charlee Friddle said.
Volleyball is also a large part of her life, between playing since she was young to being on the Idaho Impact club team. She is a great player to watch, sacrificing herself for the benefit of the volley. Bumps and bruises are nothing compared to the feeling of victory with her and her teammates.
She is willing to bring the energy to Lakeland High School student sections, whether home or away. She has an upbeat attitude and is a light in any room she enters. She is never ashamed to bring attention to herself just to excite everyone else.
Howe constantly travels with one of her furry friends. Whether a pig or a horse, she continually goes to a new place to win more ribbons and buckles.
“Three words I would use to describe her are sweet, intelligent, reserved in the best way possible,” Maya Keck said.
She has been doing 4-H for eight years, which has had an extreme impact on her life.
From teaching her how to care for animals, manage them, and take responsibility. This will also affect her career in the future because 4-H and Future Farmers of America have opened so many doors for her. She wants to have a job working with animals in some way because of this.
Her family even searched for the perfect place to host her passion.
She has always been an outdoorsy person. Even as a kid, she was constantly outside exploring.
“One of my favorite childhood memories is going fishing with my dad and being on the boat,” Howe said.
Agriculture has influenced her life in so many aspects. She lives on a plot of land and raises horses and pigs. But that is not all. She is kind and loving and always lives life to the fullest.
