Tired of the same-old fast food for lunch? McDonald’s and Taco Bell on the daily got you down?
Supporting local businesses is how a community survives and thrives. Instead of choosing corporate fast foods over and over, why not dine local?
Look no further than Rathdrum’s very own San Francisco Style Sourdough Eatery at 15963 ID-41, my go-to solution for an insatiable midday appetite.
San Francisco Sourdough boasts 29 sandwich options, tons of toppings, and a plentiful selection of daily soups, all sure to tastefully rid you of your hunger at a reasonable price. Not only are their options delicious, but their portions are large and satisfactory.
My favorite sandwich is the Garlic Pesto, a flavorful sub packed with turkey and toppings inside a sourdough roll. With such a large selection of sides and subs, I believe there’s something for everyone to enjoy here. From a hot Reuben to the classic Italian, they’ve got their bases covered in terms of variety.
Located in the same building as the 76 gas station, being able to grab an assortment of snacks and drinks alongside your meal is certainly a plus. Being within walking distance of the school, I think it’s the perfect option for any student who enjoys getting an easy bite to eat without exhausting themselves in the process.
The restaurant isn’t only delicious in my opinion, but welcoming and inviting as well. Through good experiences with the staff and a clean dining area, I am excited to dine in each and every time I choose to visit this location. With fast, excellent service and delicious, well-made food, what’s not to love here?
I’d recommend San Francisco Sourdough to anybody who enjoys a hearty sandwich. Proud of their establishment and packed with quality ingredients, this restaurant earns a great rating. If you haven’t already, try it out sometime; you’ll regret not having done so sooner.
