Humans of Lakeland: Jace Cooksey
The Humans of Lakeland features members of the LHS community. This is the eighth in the series.
“Karate is life. There is nothing I would choose over karate. I know that I am very good at karate and that if I did it professionally, I would be one of the best. In fact, I am better at karate than I am at baseball. I was going to use karate when we lost the baseball game to Sandpoint, but that did not work. Karate is my life and it really dictates everything I do. I am still beltless.”
-Jace Cooksey, Junior
(Author’s note: Jace has only done karate for one week when he was 8 years old).
