Rylee Arrotta, a senior at Lakeland High School (LHS) has some time ahead of her before she graduates. But regardless, she knows what is waiting for her after high school.

Beside these future plans, Arrotta is actively soaking up the last bits of her high school experience. Arrotta is excited for the upcoming softball season, it being her last one, she plans to make it count. Constantly practicing and going to the field, she is perfecting her skills so she can play her best.
Along with softball, Arrotta also takes an interest in motor vehicles. Cars, dirtbikes, she loves it all. Arrotta frequently attends car meets with either herself or her cousin. Taught by her grandpa, Arrotta also rides dirtbikes with her sister as much as she can.
Arrotta is counting down the days until graduation, but is also sad to leave her friends.
“I’m excited, but also not,” Arrotta said,”I’m gonna miss seeing everybody everyday”
Arrotta has centered herself around a healthy group of friends who have helped her make her high school experience enjoyable.
“Rylee is a very enjoyable person to be around” said Katie Dewey, “she’s a funny and kind human”
These people and experiences she is making make it hard to swallow the fact it’s almost over, regardless, Arrotta is exhilarated by what waits for her after high school.
