“We have people in all events that are extremely well seasoned at what they do,” Peyton Sardihna said when asked what the key to all these wins are.
With track and field having so many different events and needing to be filled with athletes, having depth is extremely important. The Hawks track team has plenty of depth with plenty of talent in all events and it shows.
“We still have a lot of room for improvement but I think we showed some of the hard work we put into practice everyday” Sarhdina said
A good team goes into meets and wins, a great team goes into meets, dominates and reflects on how they can improve in practice in order to keep getting better. Thats what this Hawks team is all about, never staying comfortable and always pushing for greatness and striving to get better every single day no matter what.
