Do you like being scared? Adrenaline pumping through your veins, heart beating out of your chest, the constant paranoia. If you do, then Lakeland High School Drama Department Haunted Maze is a great place to go for a haunted experience.
The Lakeland High School Drama Department will be hosting a Haunted Maze every Friday and Saturday, Oct. 11 through Oct. 26. It will be held from six to eight-thirty. It will also be held on Halloween, Thursday, Oct 31, from five-thirty to eight-thirty.
“I just wanted to do something fun because my family and I love Halloween,” Alexa Harman said.
The Harman Family transforms their garage and backyard into a fun haunted experience. At first, it started with just the garage but now they have expanded into their backyard for more terrifying fun.
They hope to have a huge turnout and say everyone should come to enjoy it.
It is filled with jumpscares and other fun haunts and can be found at 13301 N Voyagers St. Rathdrum ID
Some of the volunteers include Aubrie Hodgkins, Blake Thackeray, Colton Cleiman, Noami Palmer, Payton Horvath, Lia Chin, Mel Hunter, Caden Collins, Marissa Kettle, Bailey Humphreys, Olivia Nelson, Lily Klein, and Alyssa Thomas.
They have also asked for more volunteers to be scare actors, dress up and help outside the haunted house, or simply help set up and build the sets. They provide food, candy, and costumes for the volunteers.
Along with the fun time, it also raises donations for Mrs. Knoll’s classes.
They ask the people who volunteer to show up in all-black warm attire since it will be chilly at night.
The Harman Family hopes this continues to be a hit so that it can grow throughout the years.
