The Lakeland Hawks volleyball team (4-5)  played multiple games over the course of the weekend. First, on 9/24/20, they faced the Lewiston Bulldogs (4-6). 

Lakeland played a great game and earned their third sweep of the season, moving them to a 4-5 record. This was the third time already this season that Lakeland and Lewiston faced off. The series was split, 1-1 prior to the Hawks’ dominant victory. 

The Hawks won set 1 and 3 25-19 and won set 2, 25-23. 

Some key players in Thursday’s game were Katy Ryan, who had 13 kills and 5 blocks. Another was Olivia Cooper, who had 13 digs and 2 aces. Abbey Neff also played really well and was a big part of the Hawks’ win with 19 assists. 

As publication time, there are no results of Saturday’s game for the Hawks. 

Lakeland’s next game will be on Thursday, 10/1/20 at home against Post Falls at 7 PM.
